Vishal Savani

Director

Vishal Savani is a Director of Savara Properties Inc.  His primary responsibilities include evaluation of new business opportunities and management of the sales and marketing function for portfolio properties. Mr. Savani brings over a decade of experience in strategy, finance, and real estate.  Over the years, he has served as an investor, advisor, and manager to businesses across a variety of sectors.  Previously, Mr. Savani was a Director at World Links, a World Bank spin-off focused on leveraging technology to improve global education. Before joining World Links, Mr. Savani was a strategy consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). Mr. Savani began his career as a member of the Financial Advisory Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Mr. Savani holds a BA in Political Science and Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Rupesh Patel

Director

Rupesh Patel is a Director of Savara Properties Inc.  His primary responsibilities include oversight of all property development, maintenance and renovation activities.  Mr. Patel brings over a decade of experience in hotel development and operations, including operational and management roles at Choice, Hilton, and Intercontinental hotel properties.  Mr. Patel also has experience in the management of historic restoration projects.  In addition, Mr. Patel has worked in IT Consulting at the American Management Systems in Fairfax, VA, and in Economic Consulting with ZEF, University of Bonn in Accra, Ghana.  Mr. Patel holds an MA from Yale University, a Bachelor of Science & Engineering in Bioengineering and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.  He is also a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
